Energy Tapping and Its Benefits

Children's Issues - Teaching this  tool to children will increase their chances of growing up free from negative beliefs about themselves. They will be able to have some control over their anxieties, stress and fears.  

Stress -  Everyday 'normal' life has its own stressors, but add in a pandemic and the stress can become overwhelming. Energy Tapping helps to recognize and alleviate stress. Remember, you can tap on emotions, feelings and/or the issues causing it. For example, you can tap on being uncomfortable wearing a mask, or being sad because of social distancing. Or, you can do a general tapping round on back to school stress, as we have done here

Anxiety -The basis of anxiety is fear; fear of losing control, fear of the unknown, of being hurt, of being judged etc. Tapping away anxiety begins with tapping away the emotional attachments to the underlying fear.

 Low Confidence - Let energy tapping help eradicate the underlying factors contributing to your low confidence. This almost always brings up other aspects that are all tappable and once cleared will take away the negative response.

 Reducing Phobias - Literally tap away the fear response before anxiety gets the better of you. Rid yourself of phobias; spiders, flying, or public speaking are just some examples.

Job, School and Sport Performance - Energy tapping can help with focus and performance. With energy tapping you will study more efficiently, run faster, achieve those goals, and generally get better results.
