Covid-19 Update - In a general tapping routine we use 10 tapping points, 5 which are located on the face. Due to Covid-19 these points have been changed to omit any facial tapping/touching. However, you will still attain positive results with the shortened version. Once this pandemic is over feel free to continue with these points or go back to the general tapping routine. 

Tapping Points During Covid

Side of Your Hand (Karate Chop Point) - is located in the middle of the fleshy part of the outside edge of the hand, between the top of the wrist and the base of the little finger. Exactly where you would 'karate chop' something. It does not matter which hand you choose to tap with.

Top of Your Head – this is the crown area; tap with one hand in a circular motion, using two or three fingertips.                    

Collar Bone (Tarzan Point) make a V with your hand and thumb and tap just below your neck. Or do a Tarzan thump with both fists (gently, knock just below collarbone.)

Under Arm (Tickle Point) - about 10 cm (4 inches) below the armpit. This one you can either hug yourself and tap both sides or raise your arm as if to be tickled and tap one side.

Wrist to Wrist - gently tap the inside of your wrists together.

The Tapping Points (non-Covid) 

It doesn't matter which side of the body you tap, or if you tap on one side or both at the same time. Just do what feels comfortable to you.

Chin directly below lower lip in groove of chin

Back of Hand - in-between little finger and fourth finger below the knuckle on hand (find the little groove)
