Energy Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques,) is a mind-body healing technique. It is an integration of energy healing and psychology. Think of acupuncture (without the needles) meets psychotherapy.

Tapping uses specific meridian points that send calming signals to the amygdala, a small part of the brain that processes emotions. When we tap and acknowledge our emotion or feeling, we are able to perceive and process it differently, which diminishes the negative emotional and physical response.

It works for adults and children, is easy to learn, may seem a little silly at first, and it is highly effective! A wonderful addition to anyone’s, wellness toolbox. You really do have the power at your fingertips.
